Probably the best true rock record released in the past 25 years.
Best:
Someday
Last Nite
Is This It
Worst:
Soma
Alone. Together
Graduation is pretty easily the worst out of the dropout trilogy for me. It is riddled with inconsistencies that weren't as present on his previous albums, and while it has its fair share of classics, it lacks in the depth that made TCD and LR so good. Also, Drunk and Hot Girls is overhated, it's still not great, but it is a fun listen at times.
Best:
Homecoming
I Wonder
Worst:
Barry Bonds
Everything I Am
Drunk and Hot Girls
Late Registration is my favorite hip-hop album of all time. Everything about this album is perfect, from the features, which are consistently good, to the production, to Kanye himself, as he reveals some of his most socially conscious lyrics on this album. No skips
Best:
Heard Em Say
Touch the Sky
Drive Slow
Roses
DFSL remix
We Major
Hey Mama
Gone
Worst:
Addiction
One of the greatest debut albums of all time, The College Dropout is anchored by Kanye's incredible production, while his lyrics and the features do enough to make this a genre defining album. It does lose some steam in the middle though.
Best:
Spaceship
Two Words
All Falls Down
Worst:
Get Em High
Breathe In Breathe Out
Barely even a Beatles album, except for Hey Bulldog (Paul's bassline gives me life)
Best:
Hey Bulldog
Worst:
Only a Northern Song
A solid debut, I can really see great things coming from these guys
Best:
I Saw Here Standing There
Twist and Shout
Worst:
Chains
Baby It's You
Better than Beatles For Sale
Best:
All My Loving
Worst:
I Wanna Be Your Man
First album without covers, and the quality increased accordingly
Best:
A Hard Day's Night
You Can't Do That
Worst:
I'll Cry Instead
A major step back from A Hard Day's Night. Probably their worst album
Best:
Eight Days A Week
Worst:
Mr. Moonlight
The best pre-rubber soul album, really starts to show the band's tendency to push at the confines of what is considered standard for a rock band of their caliber and popularity.
Best:
Yesterday
I've Just Seen a Face
You've Got to Hide Your Love Away
Worst:
Dizzy Miss Lizzy
Another Girl
Called underrated so often that it's actually properly rated at this point, Rubber Soul is an album that marks a turning point in The Beatles' career as they turn away from the early rock and roll/merseybeat sound they had championed on previous albums to a much more experimental sound.
Best:
In My Life
Wait
Norwegian Wood
Worst:
Run For Your Life
Very good album, but much more notable for its influence than actual quality of songs
Best:
A Day in The Life
With a Little Help From My Friends
Worst:
Lovely Rita
Good Morning Good Morning
Strawberry Fields Forever is one of the best songs of all time
Best:
Strawberry Fields Forever
I am the Walrus
Fool on the Hill
Worst:
Flying
Baby You're a Rich Man
Solid finale, although the Naked version is a significant improvement. The studio chatter is cool though
Best:
Get Back
Across the Universe
Worst:
Dig It
Maggie Mae
For You Blue
Paul carries this album hard
Best Song:
The End
Worst Song:
Sun King
Mean Mr. Mustard
A really inconsistent album, featuring some of the band's best tracks, and some of their worst
Best:
While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Back in the USSR
Happiness is a Warm Gun
Worst:
Wild Honey Pie
Revolution 9
Pretty much a perfect album. Revolver features Paul's best songwriting with the band, especially on songs like For No One and Here, There, and Everywhere (which is, in my opinion, The Beatles' best song)
Best:
Here, There, and Everywhere
For No One
Eleanor Rigby
Tomorrow Never Knows
I'm Only Sleeping
Worst:
Good Day Sunshine
Love You To
