I Am Become Christmas is.. interesting, to say the least. Neil tries to spin the typical take of Christmas songs on its head by adding a spooky element to it. I enjoy the change of pace, the constant joyousness of normal Christmas hits gets draining after a while. Nature Tapes is by far the best EP Neil has put out under the Lemon Demon name, even if there are really only two to choose from. There are no boring parts to slow the album down and make it drag on, each song has its own flavor of bombasticness to propel it into your memory. If the lyrics don't get stuck in your head, the instrumentals sure will.
