The polar opposite of ye sonically. Somehow the production is as good as yeezus which is just crazy to me. It sounds pretty solid as always but I am still not overly impressed. Still my favorite cover though.

first three songs weren't my favorite because the production was complex but not necessarily good. New Slaves and Hold My Liquor were both incredible, and then the album started creating a certain vibe. Assassin and Justin Vernon were great on I'm In It, and Blood on the Leaves' sample is incredible. And the uniqueness and overall greatness doesn't stop until the end of the album.
