I won't deny the album has good songs. I will, however, say that it's super repetitive, monotone, and, overall, just boring. It's an hour of Mac Miller sounding like his mom is forcing him to be in the studio, so he doesn't wanna try. The nonchalant voice just made me kind of despise the way this whole thing sounds. The beats and the producing as a whole, however, are pretty damn good. That's where the 6 in front of the 0 comes from.
This album catches a ton of shade, but it's actually amazing. Aside from the first couple of minutes of the first song, the rest is actually extremely good hip-hop by Ye. Plus, Ghost Town is insane.
How is a group of four 20-year-old British dudes making such good American country music? Super underrated.
