So, there is this guy named Flea, who seems to be starting out in the music industry, with his first album, Honora. Actually, nevermind, he seems to have some experience with music, having an EP released on 2012, damn! Well, despite him starting out with such an old age, he seems to make some pretty cool music. His thing seems to be jazz, and his instrument of choice seems to be the trumpet, and this album's got collaborations with... Thom Yorke and Nick Cave! Damn, this guy got ... read more
Simply transcending
1. Us and Them (holy cow this is so damn good I never listened to this before this album and is my favorite already fuck yeah)
2. The Great Gig in the Sky
3. Time
4. Money
5. Eclipse
6. Breathe (In The Air)
7. Brain Damage
8. Any Colour You Like
9. On The Run
10. Speak to Me (Damn I don't think if these two could be considered 10/10s because they're pretty much interludes... Whatever the album is still perfect)
In my point of view, I don't see a lot of 0/10s, especially on the popular music landscape... but wow. This manages to be one. This song is the epitome of trash pop songs. It's meaningless, it's irritating, it's souless... just wow.
My boy Bruno just doesn't miss
Okay maybe with that Sexyy Red Collab last year but that's it
First thing of 2026.
Never was into Yungblud but hey, my favorite band is doing it, so it's great
ding-batta-batta-ding-batta-ding-batta-batta, ding-batta-batta-ding-batta-ding-batta-batta, ding-batta-batta-ding-batta-ding-batta-batta, ding-batta-batta-
SWING!
I'm gonna tell y'all... despite the high rating, this listen was rough. This album has a bunch of great, GREAT songs, from the hits like Under the Bridge and Give It Away, to the lesser-known cuts like I Could Have Lied and the title track, but it is intertwined with a bunch of kinda good, but samey songs that try to be ... read more
Recently, I encountered a bunch of CDs of my big brother and my father, and this was among them. I used my Xbox to play this album, and oh my God, listening to this while gaming is epic.
But in itself, this album is already epic in itself. The anger and pain that Kurt Cobain translates both into lyrics and sound is something to behold, and it's no wonder how much this has shaped and changed our culture. Simply phenomenal.
This song isn't that bad guys, like I get why people hate it but it's not worth an 18 💔💔💔
I wanted to check out this album and Hybrid Theory. You guess which one I chose first 🤡 Oh well, guess I can check out how it is like checking out how it is like checking out an album that's not very good (but one that I still have a chance of liking)
1. Intro: not very good
2. Hot Dog: Fred stop swearing, the swear jar is full already
3. My Generation: This one is good
4. Full Nelson: This one is mid
5. My Way: This one is AWESOME
6. Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle): KEEP ... read more
so babe there is this song that was made by the same guys that did that song that appeared on the SpongeBob movie except this song is a psychedelic rock song instead of a surf rock (yeah the guys are pretty weird with the genres they play) and in the music video there is a guy who gets turned into a tree by these weird alien things that are the band's mascot and he sees his city getting flooded and then a kid comes up and he gets turned into a tree too and then everything is a forest now ... read more
I am convinced Les Claypool is autistic, I mean, look at how the motherfucker looks like in the music video
Why did Les had to go so hard on a song about a FISHERMAN like FUCK YEAH this song is lowkey addicting
Actually Les goes hard on songs about anything, really
This album is amazing. Like, it is just incredible to see the hit singles spawned by this album alone, and it is even better to see how they all fit perfectly on the first half. Seriously, this first half is crazy! Not only do you get to be blasted by that awesome intro on Around the World (which is one of the best ways to begin an album), you also get to listen to Otherside, Scar Tissue, and Californication. Touching on themes like regret of drug abuse, grief of a friend, and disillusionment ... read more
