This is a great album with deep Christian reflections. But it takes time and a lot of immersion to truly appreciate it. I'm sure if I'd listened to it for a week, the rating would have been 10 points higher.
FAVORITE: Salute e vita, If There Not Counted, Dear G-D, This Lioneliness Won't Be the Death of Me.
Crazy arrangements, ragged extreme vocals.
Feels like old metalcore, but with what they would use regularly in the future. Among the downsides, I'd note a thin sound, as if it lacks "fat". Secondly, the using symphonics and keyboards, as well as the crowd chants, didn't appeal to me. Otherwise, this album is OK.
FAVORITE: Deliverence, Wherever I May Walk.
Stumbled across this album by chance two years ago, and it changed my life. Yes, I can't be objective here, because this live version had a huge impact on me, not just in terms of musical taste, but in a deeper way. Outlook on my life changed, and some of thoughts rised into something more.
Thank GOD for this record!
FAVORITE: Fall On Your Knees, Meet Me Somewhere Quiet, My Way, Celestial.
Sometimes the similarities to BMTH are so obvious that I simply stop taking certain songs seriously. And putting that aside, "Start Again" itself is generic, with weak rap parts and boring record.
But, man, this is the best thing the band has ever done. Nevertel, I know you'll never see that, but I'm glad to know you're capable of something more.
FAVORITE: Some Things, Ever After, Criminal.
The guys stayed sharp and delivered an intense, powerful, and overall well-crafted album. However, the problem is that it feels less sincere than previous two, as if it lost its original atmosphere.
P.S. Am I the only one who thinks "Dissipate" is a reworking of "Gravity" by Architects?
FAVORITE: All In Vain, Dissipate, Aftertouch.
This album is very good, and "Pray For Rain" is one of the best metalcore songs I've ever heard. The riffs are excellent, especially on "Above My Head."
However, previous The Mortal Coil touched me more.
FAVORITE: Pray For Rain, Above My Head,
All Of These Is Fleeting, Masochist.
I really hate perfunctoriness in music.
However, that's not the main problem. There are examples of albums that are not serious in meaning, but are high-quality and well-made, such as That's The Spirit by BMTH.
But this record itself is terribly made. Most of the tracks are simply a combination of meaningless catchy hooks from different genres that have no connection to each other.
Nevertel fans, forgive me, but I DON'T LIKE this record (or this band).
FAVORITE: dark cloud.
The guitar and drum work are top-notch, and the lyrics are excellent. Overall, this is solid high-quality metalcore with a wonderful atmosphere.
FAVORITE: In Somnus Veritas, Crooked Path, Sonder, Lucid.
Did BTS decide to create something in the rock genre, inspired by Linkin Park? But seriously, I just don't understand who they're releasing such "masterpieces" for. Just like on the previous album, the lyrics are weak, even if they've improved slightly.
Overall, the album is boring, with dull arrangements, mawkish vocals, and inappropriate rapping. But I respect "Nevertel" for becoming better compared to "Living Fiction".

I'm not a fan of overly drawn-out songs, and this album is one of them. Despite this, some tracks left a strong impression on me. "Departure Songs" could have potentially been a magnificent work, if not for a couple of songs.
FAVORITE: A Gallant Gentleman, Challenger part 1, Challenger part 2.
There's something Australian about this band (no wonder, they're from Australia). Massive sound, powerful vocals, and some songs are truly captivating. But there's a downside. The clean vocals dissolve into the instrumentals, which I didn't like. Potentially, it could have been better if they'd made the vocals more pronounced and reduced the reverb.
FAVORITE: Heredity, Purple Static, Beneath The Sand.
Three Days Grace vibes.
3 years ago, I would have applauded and admired this album. Now, I don't find anything about it, but the vocalist's voice is something special.
FAVORITE: Bring to Life, Dead Man, We Fall Apart.
The songs are full of youth. The album feels fresh and energetic. I loved the rhythmic patterns. Not sure I'll ever return to this, but "Oak Island" is definitely one of the best albums by this band.
FAVORITE: Sunrise, Oak Island, Dark Storms.
I didn't play Minecraft as a kid/teen, so I don't feel any nostalgia for it. But I can say I like the album. There's something special about it.
FAVORITE: Sweden, Subwoofer Lullabuly, Thirteen, Droopy Likes Ricochet.
Jagged, gritty, and depressing metalcore. Most of the songs sound like a cross between early Acres and BMTH during the "There Is A Hell..." era, in my opinion. The clean vocals aren't always on point, and sometimes they fade into the instrumentals. Honestly, it's the clean vocals that ruin most of the songs only occasionally creating something beautiful. And that's why I can't give this album a higher rating (although I really wish I could).

It seems the band members are tired of their own music. It feels like... nothing? I just haven't experienced anything. This record is the weakest in The Score's discography. And I'm so sad for guys, they had potential after "Carry On", but they missed something.
HIGHLIGHT: Visions.
Sigh... After "Carry On" came out I thought they were on the right way, but something went wrong after that. With the exception of a few tracks, the album feels weaker and more superficial than the previous one. Not bad, but not great either, just boring.
FAVORITE: Head Up, Pull The Chord.
