A Maker Of My Time is the only thing that grew out of me here when i'm listening to it.
There's nothing for me to say something here, except that this is a good Indie Folk album. It does what it needs to do
I just found this on the front page of AOTY, and it has a high rating, and I gave it a shot and WOW!
Just imaculate minimalistic simplicity! Basically one the catchiest 'chill vibes' rap albums I've ever heard.
This is the type of album that I can put on while i'm walking in a night city life!
The flow feels non-chalant especially with how he articulates his words while rapping, it's amazing to hear.
Favorite Tracks: Mumble Rap, Cake, No. 1 Headband
This is such a mind-boogling experience! After playing the album for 6 times already, I'll describe the album as beautifully pretentious, a very loud obnoxious sounding album, and it does this very well. Every track hypes me up when hearing it, especially when it goes crazy! Even the tracks stories/lyrics are coherent even if the vocals sounds like it's all aronds the place! What a rollercoster ride of a listen.
Favorite Tracks: Welcome to Hell, Sugar/Tzu, The Reace is About to Begin
All through out the album, each tracks are unique but are consistent as hell
Every time I listen to this album again, I regained joy and blissfulness. It is where nothing can stop my dreams kinda vibe.
Favorites: All of em, I stan for doctor whomst
This gave me a stank face, the vibe of rriding my car in a need for speed game. This album is a fantastic listen
+1 for the sheer effort to make this masterpiece of an EP
-1000000000000000000000000 for the sheet effort to be this digusting
This album is fun to listen to. This is one of the last albums of the old beatles albums. It is a bittersweet listen.
I can't differenciate the please please me album with this. But overally a decent listen
I like the psychedelia in this album than the last one. It is easy to listen to and easy to sing to.
but still, A day in the life > I am the walrus. Walrus is great and I love it. But just in case. I would say A day in the life is better.
This isn't quite my taste of a beatles album, but it is certainly an important album nonetheless. Paul's idea of a very psychedelic album is mostly his ideas, beside john too. This album just set the tone for other psychedelic albums. It was really ahead of it's time.
