Jacob Collier - Djesse (Vol. 4)
13

Jacob Collier is so talented that he can sound futuristic like AI but with less emotional depth.
At least there is no Moon River on this album.

Black Star - No Fear Of Time

??????????????????????????

Black Star - Mos Def & Talib Kweli Are Black Star
95

They should never make a sequel album

Floating Points, Pharoah Sanders & The London Symphony Orchestra - Promises
100

Probably the best album that blends Electronic, Classical, and Jazz music perfectly and tastefully. Three Titans with their respective genre.
Floating Points knows how to complement the Jazz and Classical aspects. Same thing with LSO.
Pharoah Sanders's contribution to this album is probably equal to his contribution to Journey in Satchidananda.
The album feels hypnotic and transcending.
Not many artists have the opportunity to drop an album this amazing as their last album. I'm glad Pharoah ... read more

Herbie Hancock - Sextant

Best Herbie Hancock Album Ever

André 3000 - New Blue Sun
50

Spritualess Jazz Album
Decent flute, but everything else sounds cheap
I wish it's better than this

矢野 顕子 [Akiko Yano] - ただいま。 [Tadaima.]
100

One of the most unique albums I ever experienced

Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of the Moon
100

After 50 years, it's still an incredible album all around

Roger Waters - The Dark Side of the Moon Redux
50

It's not that bad tbh
Sure It's pretty cringe in some parts.
Especially when this album was created under an amazing album like Dark Side Of The Moon.

Lou Reed - Metal Machine Music | *the Amine β Ring
60

Hahahahahahahaha I like this album wtf
I wish that Lou Reed had made a full Ambient album
I think it could rival Brian Eno's Music for Airports
It is what it is

Rahsaan Roland Kirk - I Talk With The Spirits
100

The best-underrated jazz album of all time

Fishmans - LONG SEASON
40

To be honest I think Fishmans is the most overrated musician that ever came out from Japan.
This album feels boring, inspired, unnecessary, and long for no reason.
I don't why people regard this album and their live album as their best album. They are better and more consistent than these two like Uchu Nippon Setagaya and Kuuchuu Camp.
I still don't understand why so many people pick Fishmans as the crown jewel of Japanese Modern Music when Japan has a better musician in terms of composition, ... read more

The Velvet Underground - The Velvet Underground
100

This is the ALBUM that clicked with me
Probably the strongest tracklist for the Velvet Underground album
Every song is perfect and some purpose for the album instead of just being the sake of "experimental" like their first album.
This is Perfect

The Velvet Underground & Nico - The Velvet Underground & Nico
65

This album feels all over the places
That's why I think this album is less consistent than underground
But still a good and influential album

Frank Sinatra - September of My Years
100

The perfect Sinatra album
Even though he became much older and vocal jazz started to get overshadowed by Rock and Roll.
Frank Sinatra sounds more mature and confident in this album.
Most People always seem to praise Nina Simone or Billie Holiday as a voice of the generation and love to dismiss Frank Sinatra as just the guy who was good at singing and singled out In The Wee Small Hours of The Morning as the "only good" Frank Sinatra and calling everything he made is either trash or ... read more

Pharoah Sanders - Karma
100

The most ethereal jazz experience ever
Easily the greatest jazz album of all time

Ain't no way she makes a deluxe EP💀
Just drop the full LP

John Lennon - Imagine
98

Some people gonna say "All Things Must Pass" is the best Beatle solo album. But I still think to Imagine my favorite. This album is the closest we got to John Lennon at The Beatles.

Queen - A Day at the Races
99

I'm tired of pretending this is not as good as A Night at The Opera
This is more consistent than ANATO. Even though have a lower high than ANATO.
Songs like You Take My Breath Away and The Millionaire Waltz should be as big as any other big Queen Song.
There are many underrated cuts from this like Jazz.
The closing track is the best in any Queen Albums.
This album makes every member feels more shine and consistent than ever. It feels like every member contributed on this album equally.
That's ... read more
