an album fully set in its aesthetic while still managing to push the boundaries of language because actually what the fuck are they saying like i know thats the bit with the cocteau twins like thats the joke or whatever put genuinely what the fuck how am i supposed to understand the words. idk man this albums cool.
the type of album that reminds you just how beautiful music can really be. justin vernan proves himself as one of the greatest songwriters of our time with just his first album with one of the most comforting depictions of heartbreak ive seen. every instrument is used perfectly and built around vernan's impecable vocals. simply wonderful.

bloated beyond belief with very few to none wholly original ideas. im not saying carti has to reinvent the wheel or anything just do something to make more of the songs stand out from each other. the few moments of life on this album are buried in the middle or brought down by an AI carti verse. im not a carti fan by any means but i think this is the first time i would call an album of his boring
