I can safely say the first half of the album has some of my absolute favorite bangers from Sparklehorse

Maybe it’s just my first listen, but the single “Carnage” had me having a lot more expectations leading up to the album’s release, which weren’t exactly met. Still, the songs have a very nice, melancholic, almost nature-like quality to them. To me, the highlights are “carnage”, something in the air” and “they lost all of us”
