fuck bro... i'm really writing this
i don't want to talk about the album as much as i want to talk about how much it helps me rn.

i don't know why, but i feel like i don't have anyone to talk to about my thoughts. thoughts about life & death, my mental state, just chatting about stuff i'm passionate about. i have exams coming up and i don't know how to feel. i have to study yet it feels like a chore. i also started to suspect myself of having adhd, ... read more

This album is weird... to say the least.
I enjoyed it. Honestly my emotions on this are mixed, not in a bad way though. I just don’t know how to feel about this album… I don’t want to seem like I know about the themes of the album. Shit, I don’t get a lot of what he says on the album. All I know is that it just… hits.
The album sounds chill, dissorienting and psychedelic in some ways, which the drone elements help with. Sadly I won’t go into more detail, as ... read more

ts dropped on my birthday, so it's already aoty
fuck u

this is my first time hearing khel. i actually wanted to listen to this the week it dropped but my spotify mod wasn't working T^T. i finally downloaded the album and listened and… it’s good. Lwk don’t know what else to say. this sounds like some slayr but with it’s own spin on the genre.

Boris - flood

an amazing drone and *post-rock album.

i can explain this album like, yk, a flood.
flood I is the "calm before the storm". it starts off with a repeating guitar tune, then at the end a wall of heavy distorted guitar kicks in, kinda getting us ready form the next parts.
flood II is also calm but this time with electric guitars. it's like the water going back into the sea, before the tunami crashes into the land.
flood III IS the tsunami. it starts off calm again.... AND BAM! THE ... read more

an amazing comp, probably WindyBro's best, only rivaled with his So Help Me God comp. i will die but my opinion will not chage: this is miles better tahn the original.

don't take this too seriously, i'm not a proffesional and it's my first time writing something like this

the album is good, to me at least. the lyrics are very cryptic, but at the same tame manage to paint a vivid image on each song. im not that much great of a listener, so maybe you'll get a better understanding of the lyrics.
anyways, i believe the production on this album is amazing. my favourite examples being Folsom Property Tax (Live), Chimer and You're The Man ... read more

Tyler, The Creator - Goblin

Tyler, The Creator #2: Goblin.
Uhh... not bad, but not good. I don't know how to explain it other than "mid". Don't get me wrong, I love some songs from it like Yonkers, Nightmare and Golden. But the other songs vary from good-mid to complete ass.
As much as I don't listen to it that often, this is an important part for the Wolf trilogy.

Tyler, The Creator - Bastard

So I decided that if I'm going to review stuff here, I'm gonna start with 1 artist, complete his discography, then move to the next artist. So I will start with Tyler since his albums are some of my favourites.

Tyler, The Creator #1: Bastard
Really cool for a 17-18 year old teenager. Production is great and Tyler's rapping is actually good considering this is his first full length project.

-What about the meanings of songs?
