Yet another disappointment of 2026… please stop. Overall, it is not bad and I mostly enjoyed these tracks if considered individually, but goddamn I expected a lot more. I’m not gonna lie, I was very intrigued by the single and felt optimistic, but I still don’t get the Boards of Canada hype. Mid
Sensational. Has this weird feeling to it I never found in a different singer-songwriter record. It’s almost like I’m listening to grunge, but it’s indie folk instead if that makes sense. And the rusty cover only fuels that feeling more which I liked quite a lot. Should have listened this one earlier (can be said about thousands of great albums, but still)
Pretty damn sure this new Olivia Rodrigo album will be great. Looking forward to it! Fabulous single!
