How she managed to craft an album like this in 1994 is beyond me, how I never heard about this album\artist is beyond me.
I'm at a loss of words as to how to describe this album so I'll just say this, it's not perfetct but it's an absolute gem that doesn't sound dated and if you like cocteau twins or Björk's early projects you will most likely like this album a lot.

You can tell Sheena is a fan of Björk, the album itself taking inspirations from "Post" and the cover being inspired by "Debut"
With shōso strip Sheena manages to successfully blend quite a range of musical styles and moods in this masterpiece, going from j-pop (Bathroom) to psychedelic rock (crime and punishment) while making a detour with a grunge inspired track (identity), she can do it all as good as if not better than your fav artist.
