Finally lets continue the future arc
The 2nd in the "trilogy" of mixtape albums with futures new sound and style of trap
.....
Why tf did ts sound so mid After coming off MONSTER we got a strong start and then it drops wtf Future!
Its not even zaytovens fault hes a good producer but damn man
Definitely the worst in the trilogy...
At 1st I was like this gonna be ok And then as it continued on I went from yeah to OOOOOOO Cause this was genuinely something incredible rapping instrumentation, material, the whole lot.
theres nothing I can not like it feels almost unreplicatable ...Cause of its uniqueness and bro this Dude KO is a funny ass nigga was feeling like real to laughing my ass off very track
This is a charismatic MC
This was great imma need to revist this more what a cult right here!
Maybe its charles? maybe its dilla? Idk I love "most" there works and this is just a really good CH mixtape/ project
Has great reworked instrumentals offa donuts
And hamilton in his prime rapping Stupidddd even speaking real at times mentioning relationships upbringing greif sh, its all there
Charles rapping off of dilla beats could never go this hard
Definitely one of my favorite projects from em
Really good production and the rappings pretty good definitely has some "ok" tracks but its not bad by any means
A really good Jazz-rap album and Another gem offa chris Definitely need to revist this one more often
But its a good album has depth, great feats such as Earl!
And overall has a nice "concept" although id have to look through the layers of that .
Not much I could really ask for An album such as this and I haven't even heard the 1st entry so yeah!
Not as lofi and darkly depressive as Afterhours
But this has become one of my Favorite Eps
The production with a more simple Abstract jazzy typa sound
Lyrically its a lot more simpler then afterhours but Maxos flow and wordplay always has me revisiting combined with the beats its a really good project and I like the somewhat "loose" concept of it
My least favorite album from him unfortunately to me this feels timeless yet so "80s" (sounds stupid I know)
Just
None of these songs have That timed Disco of "OFF the wall" or that Contemporary rnb and quiet storm, synthiness of THRILLER
But it has highlights Liberian girl, Man in the mirror, and definitely the title track also Speed demon but the rest yeah i can live without honestly.
when I think of micheal jackson hardy any BAD songs come to mind for being called bad ... read more
One of my favorite albums oat and definitely one of his best
A blend of Contemporary rnb Funk, Pop and especially Disco this is truly the last album of the Disco era pre and post the racial riots.
Its just such a beautiful album you can tell her was really happy making this its proof all around the album Micheal was able to make a dated album that somehow still remains fresh and works on every listen
Not a single bad track at ALL!
(Burn this disco out is weak tho)
This production masterwork ... read more
Genuinely is one of the best Debut albums oat THE Memphis rap 90s staple
Horrorcore grail
Amazing
Everybody shines
Especially gangsta boo and Lord infamous!
I love this album
2nd Unwound album so far
This is definitely more leaning to noise rock then there debut so thats cool!
Definitely melancholic per se
It really doesn't get better.
Possibly my 2nd favorite earl album stuck between 9.5
