Lorde and Jack oneoff really slipped up by not calling this folkbore.

I really was hoping that the album tracks would be better than the singles which I was very disappointed with but unfortunately I was equally disappointed with the album, it’s not bad by any means it’s just not lorde and it’s definitely not what I was hoping for.

Bcnr have taken influences from obvious places and made an album that is anything but obvious.

On first listen I knew this was going to be a favourite of mine, I was instantly hooked by everything that was going on, especially Lewis’s sax playing which seemed to be a complete contrast with Isaac’s vocals but it just works so god damn well.
