My relationship with drum and bass isn't extremely deep-rooted, but I suppose you could say that it started around a decade ago with an amazing track that made many a reappearance in The Sidemen’s videos on YouTube: VV Brown's "Shark In The Water" (Blame Remix). Loving the breakbeats, vocals and structural progression across that track but not thinking much more of my relationship with the genre, I continued over the next 8 or so years along my natural musical journey. ... read more

I'm proud of you man, really and truly. Keep doing your thing!
NAV has collaborated with the Fisherrr 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝓼 to make some sexy drill music. And honestly, he doesn't sound too out of place here! He's always sounded natural on minimal, atmospheric production so this collab makes sense. The good thing about this trip is that it's smooth sailing throughout, but it does have a few ... read more
This instrumental is right up my alley. Dreamy and spacey, but still a bit dark. It's cool how he does these jersey club / drill beats that feel almost empty outside of the lead melody, barely any 808s or kicks, but they work. It gives him a ton of room to work and flow.
“Pay a lil extra to make sure they meet Mickey” 💀💀
Cash Cobain might have messed up all of the momentum he had with this remix of "Dunk Contest" featuring a... rather interesting feature from J. Cole. It's definitely overly (maybe even grossly) sexual, and J Cole's verse doesn't change flow ONCE, but maybe I'm just so desensitized that it's not all that bad. I already liked the original track so this doesn't bring it down all that much.
