I like the point this one tiktoker brought up. Alice’s writing style is all over this song, and that’s not a good thing unfortunately. It just doesn’t fit the aesthetics of a corporate girl group like this. They can’t pull off the satire at all, so it all just kinda rings hollow.
I will say though, if you ignore the lyrics it’s a fine enough song.
Super underrated album here.
