I think this album is perfect.
Not just the music, the lyrics convey so much emotion, especially considering the album's background.
Josh Homme was clinically dead during a routine knee operation (although he later claimed the story was false, and was more of a drug issue). This caused Josh to suffer severe depression for several years.

This album is brutal, all the songs are incredibly hard and all are killer hits.
This super group is made up of Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age, Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, and John Paul Jones, bassist of Led Zeppelin.

I wasn't expecting this EP at all, but I'm so glad it's a reality! I understand that Josh had been dreaming of playing in the Paris catacombs for years, and he finally made it! I'm so happy for him.
All of these songs are amazing, and the atmosphere adds a lot to the songs (especially Villains of Circumstance).

Is it possible that this album is Queens of the Stone Age's worst? Yes, it's possible! But it's still very good.
What if it's more commercial than the others? No problem!

Well, it's not bad...
Except for I Sat by the Ocean, these songs didn't need an acoustic version because... The originals are already pretty calm on their own.
But I Sat by the Ocean is good.
