This album is very disrespectful to Phil Elverum, this whole album is mocking his wifes death, as suggested by the track titles. The whole album has about 20 unique words, and the words that it does say are disgusting. Ive been putting off a rating because every time i go back to this album, a new song gets put into my rotation. This album will be a classic in both discographies. Some of the best of both artists, although i prefer danny brown in general (Atrocity Exhibtion>TPAB), its really JPEGMAFIA who steals the show here, kinda leaving danny in the dust on some songs. Osamason is a guilty pleasure artist for me, i actually chose to listen to this before the yeat album, as my curiosity was piqued. However, there are only 2 tracks here that i consider great.

Yeats most fun, dumb material ends up on this project. Its such a blast from start to finish. I see how people prefer this era of yeat to what he is doing now. Its the most dumb fun out of his catalog. It's lean sippin music, and not much more than that. But it doesnt need to be much more than music to get high out of your mind and have a blast to. 21 savage makes an album thats pretty 21 savage. The production is, abt half the album, dark. and 21 savage thrives in that environment. However, half is this album isnt the dark sound he is known for. He has a song with brent faiyaz for crying out loud. But overall, its an ok album

Ngl i only listened bc fantano named this his best record of the year. But i think it was a really good record

The writing was pretty good overall, like the " i know what im doing is wrong but its the norm" theme in 3 Summers. (My fav from the record)

The solos were also really well done, and i liked a vast majority of them. The rest of the record for the most part sounded really good.

Project x has a distinct vibe to it that i really like it, like a mix of trap and a hint of EDM. Kens performances are also pretty good and the beats are better here than on his next record

All the songs sound like the producers made up a challenge where they make as many songs from the same synth pack on fl studio, and put the best ones on the album, the writing is also really bad. Cant give it lower than 65 however because most of the songs are in my rotation, XTENDED also has way better performances and better beats which also factors into my ranking.
