So so so underrated

Yes - Close to the Edge

Anderson, Wakeman, Howe, Squire, Bruford is such a ridiculous stacked lineup, you’d think it was a supergroup

Frank Zappa - Apostrophe (')

I’m a huge believer of favorite = best, but there’s one real exception. I know there’s better prog, Close To The Edge has compositions just as good, but ultimately more grand and epic, but I’ll always choose this one as my favorite prog album despite knowing there’s better sonically. I just really love the personality this offers, it’s pure entertainment throughout. No notes.

Fuck man, I really like Benny The Bouncer. I think I’m in love with every song except the last.

Original review:

I feel many of the criticisms of ELP have merit and arguably a lot of them show here. There a group of such talent that I start a positive album review off with negativity because a 78 isn’t quite “good enough”, but there’s a lot of “note-y” showmanship on this that could’ve gone to use with better ... read more

Queen - Queen II

Easily their best and it’s an insult that “Loser In The End” has to be on it. Just because “Some Day One Day” and “Funny How Love Is” is very much deviations from the hard rock featured on most of the album they’re very endearing tracks and I much prefer Brian’s vocal tracks over most of Roger’s. But yeah, great stuff through and through.

Genesis - Selling England by the Pound

The Cinema Show is one of the most exceptional things you’ll ever hear in tape and I’m still not sure if it’s my favorite from this album.

Playboi Carti - MUSIC
NR

You can’t tell me this man doesn’t need Pi’erre and rehab to make good music.

Lil Yachty - Lets Get On Dey Ass

OhHHHhHHHhHhHHHHhHhHhHhHhHhHhHHhHh
AhHHHhHHHhHhHHHHhHhHhHhHhHhHhHHhHh

92

Idk why I feel like this is specifically a 92, but I get 92 vibes from this. Liked this a lot more than the last single, it’s a lot more replayable and gym approved 👍

Wish it was longer though, last bit deserved a few more measures

Eminem - Houdini

Fun stuff Em!

Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill

Love this album to death. Gave it a full listen for the first time in like 2 years and I’m so glad “Not The Doctor” clicked.

Sufjan Stevens - Illinois

This man’s music means so much to me.

Dua Lipa - Radical Optimism
NR

One ear and out the other, damn.

Loved the first track though, maybe the rest will click in the summer, because this is clearly a summer vacation type album.

Kendrick Lamar - meet the grahams
NR

99 user score is insane haha

Kendrick Lamar - euphoria
NR

Personally, I can’t think of a rebuttal Drake could have to half of the things Kendrick said here, I can’t even see a way he could diss to Rick Ross other than calling him fat.

Queen - Sheer Heart Attack
90

Misfire is the definition of a filler track, but it’s easily my favorite song on this.

Imagine Dragons - Radioactive

Fire ash, stop pretending you don’t like this because it’s the Dragons, this is tuff.

Green Day - Father of All…
NR

This album is good.

Travis Scott - UTOPIA
NR

Mike Dean is a cheat code.

JPEGMAFIA - LP! (Offline Version)
