A really great compilation. Even though it's been labeled as comedy music, it does some very emotional and touching moments. When You Go sticks out to me as the most emotional cut off the album. It's about Jo's experience with his daughter leaving off to college, and it also doubles as one of the best break up songs out there. it does take time to be goofy with the majority of the track list though. Most of the cuts are very geeky, with lyrics that feel like early lemon demon or Tally Hall on ... read more
I like where their sound would develop more than this, but it's a debut what do I expect? it's actually does a really good job at introducing the group. Showing key elements to the audience like the wacky personality of the band displayed in Sports.
While I prefer Lou Reed's work when it's most experimental, this is still a nice project. Although I'm uses to Lou doing some more out there and deeply emotional stuff, it's really nice to just see him have fun for a whole album.
Similar to Connecticut Casual, this album is simply all ypu could ask for from its genre. It's nice and angry, and that's all it needed to be.
Genuinely just a really nice and solid album. Pretty much whatever I could ask for from a jazz rap album. The samples are all used really well, and the rapping really never misses a beat.

After hearing just how strange Ornette was to other Jazz musicians and revisiting, I realize how bad my first review was. While not as extravagant and out there as I expected from the reactions to it, it is still very experimental.
Herbie is a crazy genre bender when it comes to jazz. This project specifically consists of four of the most funky songs to come out of '70s.

this review no longer makes sense. My PFP used to be the incredible egg.
It's alright. If I wanted a long form Melvins album I would listen to Lysol, but this isn't bad. Pretty much all of the tracks failed to make a big impression on me. Not to say every track is like that though; She's Got Weird Arms has some really catchy riffs and synths.
I wasn't expecting that low of a score. This project is really just forgettable and nothing else, but I didn't know yall thought it was raditude bad.
Now I get why this is such a rival to Is This It. Honestly I think I do prefer it more. This album is a lot more catchy than the band's debut. There are so many earworm riffs.
Oh boy! What a very fun disco song! Nothing related to this song could ever bring me down!
Yeah I can't see what the point of caring about this is. I don't think Vivzuepop has ever made a song I could find myself caring about. It always just feels like filler.
Some of the most boring rehashed pop music ever. I feel like I've heard every single song on this album many times before. The one that sticks out the most would have to be The Alchemy. I know for a fact that taylor has done song before with the reaction same drum, synths, and vocal delivery. The lyrics are so dumb and meaningless too. It's just a repeat of what green day was doing earlier this year. Taylor is rehashing classic songs and Making the lyrics far worse than the original with this ... read more
Uh oh I liked this. I was really just expecting another "look at this dumb white dude he think he music" review, but it just wasn't as offensive as I was led to believe. I guess a few times the autotune is kind of odd, but other than that it ain't bad.
It's kind of messy and all over the place, but that only really bothered me on the opener. When people say a lot goes on I thought they were talking something like In the Aeroplane Over the Sea but with everything at the same volume. ... read more
