this is my one year anniversary of being on this site! 1153 albums in one year! a little over three albums a day. how lucky i was to find such an incredible album on this day, it's rare i give 90+ scores. but yeah, radio dept. is quickly becoming one of my favorite bands. there were truly no misses on this album, and every time a new song came on, i was wondering if they would ever miss. beach house mixed with tv girl.
Old white dude holding hands up absolute cinema gif
Chaos, anger, pain, hope. I want to moshpit and start a revolution one moment then I want to spread joy to everyone I meet. Weird combo of feelings but the emotion in this record is unparalleled. Maruja breathes some much-needed life into the windmill scene with this one. Sick ass punk album.
its so fucking long and his voice is just unlistenable sometimes. good lyrics and decent instrumentation though.
this is the type of shit i'd bump if i was a mobster in the 40's smoking a cigarette out the window on a dark, rainy night listening to the sound of tires on wet roads, knowing that there's this woman i love but da boss would kill me if he thought i was soft so im left with the decision to remain in the mafia or run away with the woman of my dreams with bright red lipstick and a veiled pillbox hat named Dorothy or something
please, can anybody recommend an album or band or song that sounds just like this. heartbreaking, builds up, melancholic. i am YEARNING to get the same feeling i got from this song.
Honestly, not crazy about this compared to High Violet or TWFM. There are a few misses.
Have a feeling this'll grow on me. THEY ARE NIGHT ZOMBIES!! IS ONE OF THE BEST HALLOWEEN SONGS OF ALL TIME BY THE WAY NO DEBATE
i feel like this is something that'll grow on me HEAVY the more I listen to it. It certainly is one of the most unique hip hop records I've ever listened to. Just off my first listen, though, I was having trouble following the chaotic production. I don't know if it's just my computer, but the actual sound quality of the album was subpar. Mommy Dearest was a heartbreaking song and I love when rappers get personal and raw like that.
i was thinking that i was getting pretty good at guitar until i heard this record
Nothing special. Pseudo-heartfelt pop R&B solely intended for TikTok audios. And I'm not crazy about his voice.
Sometimes I'm reminded of why I spend hours upon hours upon hours searching for new music when I find a band like this.
idk this got really old really quickly. didn't like the melodies, didn't care for a lot of the instrumentals.
no it's good cause its underground! you just don't get lil nett vro, you're not underground
