TOOL - Lateralus
80

Perhaps I was a bit harsh on this album the first time I listened to it, but now that I listen to it again, it's not bad at all; I think you can understand why it's so beloved.

The Strokes are a band that shows great promise, as I just listened to this album and thought it was wonderful. I'm going to see if their catalog is just as good.

System of a Down - Toxicity
98

My expectations weren't that high for Toxicity, but it really surprised me; it's incredibly good and I'd even dare to say it's the best nu metal album (objectively).

70

Well, it's a Mac album so there's really nothing wrong with it, just a few songs that are a bit mid-range.

Quadeca - Vanisher, Horizon Scraper
76

I didn't know Quadeca was a YouTuber, but oh well. Anyway, this album is surprisingly good for someone like him, not bad at all.

Soda Stereo - Canción Animal
92

Que bien se siente poder hablar español en aoty, en fin. Que obra maestra hizo Cerati, me atrevo a decir que este es el mejor album de rock español de la historia y ya lol

Kendrick Lamar - good kid, m.A.A.d city
95

This is the kind of album that, for some reason, I didn't like on the first listen, but now I think it's very good. Definitely K.dot's second best project.

IDK - e.t.d.s. A Mixtape by .idk.
81

This is the first rap album I've listened to since 2026 and I didn't think it was bad at all; an album with features from MF DOOM is always appreciated.

Beastie Boys - Check Your Head
63

Despite being pioneers in hip hop (and among the first white rappers in existence), this album leaves much to be desired due to its excessive filler and repetitive melodies.

Gorillaz - The Mountain
94

As always, Gorillaz never disappoints when they release an album, and this one in particular is incredible; listening to it is like taking a stoner trip lol

A Tribe Called Quest - The Low End Theory
100

MHSGFCM, Tribe has to be the best hip hop group because this album and their other albums put them in a really good place.

Lupe Fiasco - Samurai
92

Let me make it clear that this is my first time looking at Lupe, and damn, this album is probably my favorite of 2024.

Kid Cudi - Man On The Moon: The End Of Day
96

It's incredible how an album can be so good and still not win a Grammy that year.

Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
83

Huh, I remembered this album being much better, but meh, I don't think it's Kanye's best like everyone says.

Kanye West - Graduation
89

The first Ye album I ever heard, and wow, it's still going strong today, even after all this time. Highly recommended for everyone.

Death Grips - Exmilitary
93

Heh, I talk a lot of shit about phonk, only to end up loving an album about silly, noisy sounds.

Tally Hall - Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum
87

I really think this album has some very high highs and some very low lows, but at the end of the day I just love how fun these funny guys in colorful ties sound.

Tally Hall - Good & Evil
94

It's a shame this is the last we had from Tally Hall; it's an incredible album that feels very surreal at times.
(WTF, WHY IS YALL SO HATERS TO THIS ALBUM???)

82

Without a doubt, this is weird al's magnum opus and my favorite album of his.

Mac Miller - Balloonerism
86

Even though he's no longer with us, I think Mac is still at a very high level and I'll never forget him. May he rest in peace.
