As much as I resonate with the message if this album and believe the blunt yet still clever lyrics are completely masterful. This album doesn't do it for me sonically in comparison to Steven's "Illinois". The slower pace to the songs are not my type but a few songs are still beautiful and had me on the verge of tears.
I'm sorry Danny, but Joey Valence and Brae already made this album.
Solid album though.
