At the time of first listening to Daytona I was fairly new to hip hop and was unsure who Pusha T really was, now he's one of my favourite rappers ever and this album is a key reason for that. Ever since I listened to Pinata in 2021 it's become a favourite of mine. Seemingly the more I listen, the more small details I notice that spark a type of joy in me that I can't quite explain. Obviously I can talk about the production being some of the best I've ever heard but it's been said before, with the same going for the rapping from Gibbs.
