now this one I took from them already loving the album. this is definitely the most dusty record I've had to clean yet but it was worth it because this album is incredible. theres themes of a lost love, friendship, growing apart from people physically or otherwise, home being with a person not a place. she reminds me a lot of Clairo with the groovy piano lines and guitars, laid-back drums and flutes. MANNN this is such a strong start to this series. Donna summer a name I associated with the queen of disco and boy does this ring true with this album. First full Bowie album and what has gotten into y’all’s head this is so good
listened to Andrew in drag and fell inlove as for the rest of the album its okaaay... feels very much like a high-school music project but there are some highlights like god wants us to wait, Infatuation (With Your Gyration), I’ve Run Away to Join the Fairies, All She Cares About Is Mariachi and ofc Andrew in drag
