“His love was the key that opened my thighs.”
The Life of a Showgirl is corporate slop in its purest form. I genuinely cannot remember the last time a single album bored me this much. It's not bad, per say, just boring and simple. Nearly every track transitions into the next with the same soulless sound, to the point that the entire experience feels bloated. If you cut five songs off this album, absolutely nothing of value would be lost.

I vividly remember listening to this song on the way to school in the 6th grade with my shitty Skullcandy headphones and thinking that music had peaked here. And honestly? A part of me still believes that. Every single song on this ... read more
"Peace will arise and tear us apart, and make us meaningless again."
There are no words to describe how I feel about this album that can truly capture it. Origins of Symmetry is such an incredible album and a staple in my music rotation. This album has a kind of mental atmosphere. Production is smooth but deliberately messy. It’s loud, yet precise. Just, perfect. I don't think I'll listen to anything like it again. Muse's absolute (yes, that reference was ... read more
