Lara gang 😼Definitely something different than "BEFORE BABYLONE BURNT" but still very good, a bit more fast paced in my opinion but still feels like a journey through the desert. Some of the beats take some roots in African culture (if I'm not mistaken) which makes the EP very personal and doesn't feel like just a copy and paste from other projects / artists.

I actually never listened to this album of Denzel and it's quite different from Melt my eyez see your future but not in a bad way just in a totally different style way type of album. But it was really good and nice to listen to, and don't even get me started on the features (That Mexican ot is my favorite).Denzel is one hell of a consistent artist.

Aaaaaah in the past I only listened to BELEZA PULA which was awesome but I didn't expect the entire album to be so great ! It's just a declaration to happiness and simplicity. I love how simple yet phenomenal the album feels, it's like a breath of fresh air during summer. Like walking during the sunset on the beach. I LOVE YOU MASAYOSHI TAKANAKA !!!

SOUL SCREAM RAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHow can I re-explore japanese boom-bap without listening to my favorite group !!! After listening to their entire discography I can say proudly that "THE "DEEP"" is one of my favorite albums, of all time ! I love how the lyrics are delivered in some tracks but also as much as some beats which are phenomenal and very melodious.If you're willing to start extending your musical knowledge I would advise you to listen to this great album.

As I try to expand my music knowledge (and because I wanted to re-listen some SOUL SCREAM) I stumbled upon this group / album. And oh my god, I just discovered a gem, the versatility of the group in this album is actually insane we went from a really hard hitting beats rap album to a melodious album where the beats were similar to some Nujabes.So if you like old-school rap and wanna explore the japanese side of this album I would really recommend giving this album a try.

Damn that was really really REALLY unexpected. It sometimes sounds like a Igor/cherry bomb/CIYGL type of album but most of the song are here to break this and tear every image you had of the old albums but damn it was a really good album. I feel so lost.

I could not explain it to you but this album felt weird... Not in a bad way tho, I felt unique from other albums I listened to recently. It felt like it was just one really long music, like a long trip through the desert. And the last title "New person, same old mistakes" felt like the end credits but also the plot twist at the end of the movie. But overall such a good album, really melodious and different album to listen to !

I don't know why but this morning was a Deftones kind of morning and I'm thankful for it, the voice, the guitar everything is so good and so crispy, it felt like a fever dream listening to the album.

Yes. Sound I have listened to it sooner ? Yes. Was it a once in a lifetime listen and I will not be able to relive it ? Yes. Am I glad to have given it a chance ? FUCK YES

I'M THE BIGGEST... THE LARGEST !!!Phew what an album ! I loved it and never had the pleasure to listen to a mix of country, rap and some jazzy tunes before. Thank you big X. I never gave it a chance and now I can tell that I will follow his next project ! He has such a good/unique delivery flow which makes it so enjoyable.

It's good but not soul-changing. It's what I would expect Lil Tecca to produce. And unfortunately it's not enough to deserve a better rating, I'm not saying it's not good but I'm just saying it's okay. It feels very repetitive and not developed enough and it's that old lil Tecca craziness and uniqueness that is missing in my opinion.

I can tell that when it landed on this album I was really happy because I never gave A Tribe Called Quest a proper listen and GAWDAMN they didn't disappoint. Even 30 years later you can understand how it really influenced rap nowadays and is a really important album for the rap culture. My favorite song was "What?" because of how original and pleasing it was to listen.

What I thought would be an electro album took a 180° turn mid album and began to be a pop / melodic story ! I love how Childish Gambino tries to implement some experiment between some more "normal" (heavy on the quotes) tracks. I in fact enjoyed this album more than I would've thought so give it a listen if you have the time !

I'm kinda bummed out because I really like Future but every song in this album feels like it's the same as the previous one... I don't have much to say except that the album is as good as it's bad, it's balanced in the middle."Lost my dog" made me a bit emotional tho.

As a rap enthusiast I enjoyed listening to this album because every track felt like it had infinite possibilities of making some beats (in an Alchemist type of beat). But overall it was really good, some amazing riffs and solos !!! Really cool !

As I read some opinions on this album I noticed that the fact that the album felt repetitive came back a lot. And I felt that it is what the album is about, the feeling of being safe in a place well known. It feels like being a cat in the cold ( ;) ) walking through the woods. I really liked this album even if it's a little sad !
