"Chemtrails Over The Country Club" is an incredibly cohesive and beautifully written body of work that perfectly communicates the feelings and themes of nostalgia and Americana. The title track, the best song on the album for me, is absolutely gorgeous, and many of the things I love about it are found throughout the whole album - there is great percussive work throughout and wonderful lyricism. Although I absolutely LOVE the tracks "Strangers" (the best song on the album by far, this one is absolutely incredible), "A House In Nebraska", "Family Tree", and "Hard Times", unfortunately, the rest of the record begins to feel very repetitive and stretched out about halfway through.
