i spent more time questioning why i chose to listen to this than actually paying attention to listening to it but either way there wasnt any enjoyment during this half an hour of my work day
interesting double album here with Mike and Earl each getting their own halves with Surf Gang production. I will admit by the time I was halfway through Earl's half I was starting to get tired of this sound. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad sound, I can only handle so much monotonous spoken word rap. It's hard to say which half is better, all around pretty solid though this is the most i've enjoyed earl in a while
troy lanez attempt at honestly nevermind is about as atrocious as one would expect
this guy is a magician at making music that makes me a jolly chap
EDIT: WAIT I KNEW THAT LAST SONG SOUNDED FAMILIAR I DIDNT KNOW SIR SAMPLED IT
this just wasn't my favorite i don't know what the right word to describe it as is but its a little too uh raw? idk i just don'y love it
good debut i cant complain much sometimes her lyrics got me thinking "alright girl move on" but other than that
pretty good album although i do unfortunately think it peaked with the single Dead End
NEW SNAIL MAIL
its no freak slug but close enough i guess theyre both gastropods
i was already pretty excited for this album and didn't expect a third single before it dropped in a couple days. this one left me feeling overall better than the last. I like this one a lot; it's not better than dead end, but still a one of her better songs. I'm a fan
