I mean I fully agree Raditude was ass but was it really necessary to spend half the next album being a divorced dad, whining about how your band is dying and you’ve got to go back to “real rock music” before ACTUALLY locking in and making some good rock music?

This elephant (mammoth?) aint got shit on the big girl on the front cover of The Glow Pt. 2.
be this a lesson to anyone else who dares put an elephant on their album cover

It's a heatwave again so I'm back on my city pop bullshit as per usual

I had a good time with this but unfortunately I was playing Subnautica at the same time so I missed a good chunk of the album due to nonstop reaper leviathan roaring 🎣🎣🎣

Never forget where you came from.
I came from a nurse log in a muggy bog, raised by frogs

That album was alright! Sure hope the people behind it aren't huge pieces of shit...

The buskers love this shit, the amount of times I've heard some guy stood outside Greggs performing Fleet Foxes covers got me thinking of sausage rolls whilst listening to the actual album

I’ve never been fond of geese, they used to chase me around as a child.
If the law didn’t prevent me, I’d love to wring the neck of one. It’s one of my life goals.
Would it crackle?
Would it pop?
Would it spin back around like a wind up toy?
Who knows…

Fuck man, I want a sandwich. Let me UberEats a sandwich to my front door. God, I'm excited to eat this sandwich when it gets here. Popeyes chicken sandwich. Oueegh. Grown ass man waiting for another grown ass man to bring me a sandwich. Why is it taking so long. It said 20 minutes on the tracker. The guy hasnt even left the Popeyes yet. Wonder if I can squeeze Uber out of a voucher for my sandwich being late? No, I dont want to potentially worsen the rating of the ... read more

I blame you for 2010's radio slop.
Would genuinely rather listen to Raditude, but at least this has The A Team, which is actually one good song more than Raditude has. But I am fully serious in that this is so boring that I was actively wanting it to end before I was even halfway through.

The other day I walked all the way around a racecourse and forgot to listen to this.
So I'm doing it now - and my takeaway is that this is an album for those who yearn.
If you're a yearner, you'll love this.

Don’t tell my Nan, but this isn’t very good.
However, this album posed as nice background music for me whilst I pondered how there’s 13 years between the release of this album and In The Court of the Crimson King, yet this Elvis record has aged as you’d expect a 69 year old album would, whereas King Crimson’s debut still holds up incredibly fucking well 56 years on. Thank you prog.
Kinda crazy how much music progressed in the 60’s.

I think I can only associate Chris Martin's voice with shitposts and television adverts.
I can't describe it very well. It's like the most generic, not bad, but extremely boring voice in the world. If he were a seasoning, he'd be a small amount of ground black pepper,
HOWEVER, the instrumental segments are actually pretty fun. Such a shame they don't get more room to breath away from Mr Coldplay's room temperature vocal delivery. I mean, why ... read more

My goal for this year is to sneak the Fuck Me interlude onto the aux and blame it on someone else

The closest I’ve ever come to hearing Radiohead live was when I went to Hamlet Hail to the Thief on opening night. And what’s even more a shame is that this live album is much better than the hamlet version in just about every way. Hell it might be better than the studio version.
