Like a little more than half the songs hit, but Pharrell ruins paper plates so hard it's unimaginable

I cried on first listen

1. Disco nite - the sample isn't my favorite, but i bet it could grow on me. 5/10
2. sniper gonna fuk - It's so hard and the beatswitch is crazy. 8/10
3. Snipe yuh - too short. 7/10
4. damage - just kinda meh, not a huge fan of this one. 4/10
5. rifle crew - Way more unique than the rest of the project, reminiscent of cloud rap. very enjoyable track, 7.7/10

zeltron saves a basic, boring and disappointing pop album

This album was super fun and the production on songs like WISS and NO TRENDS was great. Some songs are just okay tho. Nothing terrible.

The best album of 2022, somehow beating out Kendrick Lamar. In The Forever Story, J.I.D takes us through his life, his childhood, and his mindset while tackling societal issues in a way that makes him feel like a mini-kendrick. Or actually a mega-kendrick since he's taller than 5'5. Also Stars is one of the best rap songs ever made.

This album feels pure and good intentioned. I feel good when I hear this and I want nothing more

So joyous and whimsical. Even through the songs I didn't care for I was still completely engaged because of how fun this album is. Playboi Farti is my goat

I HATE MELANIE MARTINEZ!!! THIS IS A BIASED REVIEW!!! FUCK OBJECTIVITY MELANIE MARTINEZ OBJECTIVELY SUCKS AS A HUMAN

It just gives this general feeling of unease through the whole thing, from the first song and wishing druggies would relapse, to the haunting synths on the outro. It's so good. I always doubted lucky cuz I hear some songs from sex drugs money but this is so good.

This album is super atmospheric and feels very depressing. It was great starting, but some songs just felt irritating.

So incredibly boring.

Super smooth production, but only 3 of the 5 songs really hit for me.

Really interesting album, but failed to keep me engaged throughout. Count on me sounds like a Ty$ song.
