Ok so I didn't connect to this like most other people on here did because i listened while studying so I didn't percieve the lyrics really. But it's still very nice!
It's a wonderful piece of art, however I think it drags a bit, and as a musical piece alone it can be a bit monotonous. But all of that pales in comparison to the lyricism and Phil's performance. A modern indie classic (can the Aughts still be considered modern)
I really love her as an artist, if I had to choose one Gen Z singer to represent us all, it would be her. Also all of her records are very enjoyable, Eilish 2026 when????
Better than MADLO, worse than HTLT and Twin Fantasy, but I really like the more collaborative effort.
*stage left... no stage right*
I really don't know how Will makes this feel like a short listen but he does.
I think it's better than Ego Death, don't @ me. The pacing is way better, I really enjoy the different approaches of alt pop she took here. Also the bass is SEXY on here oh lawd
Every track on here is so... interesting, I'm certain that this was a completely eye-opening expierence in 1967 and it paved the way for so many monumental albums, but I'm not sure I would listen to every track on here by itself. Also I kinda thought "There She Goes Again" would be the song from the La's but not quite lol

I don't remember any details or stand out moments, but what I remember is that i thorougly enjoyed it.
Lovely. It does not grab attention but it doesn't need to, it flows along in the background like a beautiful river.
Sadly very good. Brendon Urie is a very gifted and dramatic singer and every piece on here fits together so well. It is actually so ahead of its time with the lil dance influences and references combined with the 2000s era Emo and even some orchestre instruments? It shouldn't work but oh, it does so well fuck me
Edit: Shit this is really amazing
The year 2024 is really making me appreciate albums beyond a 45 minute-limit.
I am so glad a former member of black midi is making music, because I just couldn't get into *the old sound*. (badummz). Apparently all it takes for me to be able to listen to something is for said thing to not be metal, because this is one of the weirdest records I've heard all year, but also one of the best. Geordie Greep is a very interesting character on here, first and foremost a simp and a cuck, which ... read more
