cool ep. wish he made this a trilogy but yk its cool im not mad im ok. you can never go wrong with a radio station aesthetic fssss.
def his weakest, but the growth was there from other projects. glad he didn't miss a step going on to future projects.
my fav xcloses joint, and its not even all him. happy2u adds a lot to this. the vibes remind me of like an 80s airport, waiting for my plane. cover so gas too.
this project got me in it so, yk its already a 10/10.
being fr, its hella inspiring to call this dude my friend. its like being cool with LeBron or sum.
invest in xcloses, trust me.
earls first project under the earl name, this has that same idgaf attitude that surrounded OF. reminds me a lot of bastard (Tyler even produces most of the tracks on this tape)
ofc, standing up against srs, idlsidgo, and others this is def the weakest, but there's some good stuff to be found here. earls rapping style is surprisingly similar to his modern style (besides some problematic bars.)
this def shouldn't be your first introduction to earl though. Doris is a much better ... read more

this project here solidifies him as one of my goats, going from confessions to this is just crazy. if he really retired with this record, i wouldn't have complained. dropping the flexing and corny elements of his couple previous records and just ... read more
my favorite album of all time, i could yap about it for hours. earl puts his all into this emotionally and you can really tell. i could play the album over and over and never get bored, but this is one of those projects u save for when u really need it. earl is the goat fs.
"See the ghost of where I was, lonesome as I was"
this tape man. means a lot to me and my personal journey. so many relatable bars on here.
"I'm just a human, let me make mistakes"
"Forever I melt and float away like waves in the ocean"
"Let us have a grand finale
The world will be just fine without me"
so many more i can put here but you get the point. mac puts so much of his mindset at the time here, being so vulnerable and open. its inspiring, and tragic.
ill continue to praise this project as one of ... read more
