Good energy, but song wise there isn't a lot of great stuff. Metro and the features carry.
After people complained about Igor not being a rap album, bro had to show that he can spit.
Travis Scott's most "different" album to date and one of his best. It definitely isn't another Rodeo, but it doesn't need to be and is great with what it is. The biggest flaw of this project would probably have to be the features. There are some great features, but some seem so useless or underused.
The production and performances of JPEG and Danny make this one of the best hip-hop records of the past decade. A great introduction to more underground/alternative hip hop if you haven't dipped your toes into that water just yet.
Daniel Caesars best album to date. He blends elements of his past work with some new elements and it ended up being a major win in my opinion. The mix of gut-wrenching tracks with more lighthearted and chill ones brings a beautiful feeling while listening. My only flaws are the writing being sometimes lackluster, and a couple tracks lacking identity.
My favorite album to come out of the 2020s so far. This is one of the most beautifully crafted projects I have ever listened to. Sean Leon poured so much blood, sweat, and tears into this project and it really shows.
Literally the reason I've grown such a love for music. Everything about this album is phenomenal. Even the weaker tracks on this project hold up to the rest of the album. One of the best ever made.
The biggest flaw of a Kanye album is Kanye himself. Its so over.
Best: PROMOTION 51/100, 530 40/100
worst: The rest of this dumpster fire at the most 18/100
