to me, this is the peak of Frank next to Hot Rats(up to here at least), maybe because this was originally my second Zappa record but there is just so much stuff to love, every single instrumental is joyous and goofy to the highest extent and when Zappa opens his mouth (Uncle Remus aside), he says funny stuff, and I laugh, and if I don't, the music does it, this whole record just has been a feel-good record for me since I was like 15/16 and my love for it only grows more and more, if ... read more

this is a great album and all but are we just gonna graze over the last track? i guess they didnt have noise music in their minds but if they did this would be the craziest thing The Mothers did. Despite not being their greatest output, Weasels Ripped My Flesh is maybe their most interesting and experimental output, losing some points due to the overwhelming amount of ideas thrown around in 40 mins
