Kanye West - GEMINI SEASON
30

genuinely wtf

Drake & Future - What a Time to Be Alive
70

jumpman jumpman jumpman them boys up to something

Kendrick Lamar - GNX
75

idk to me it seems like a pretty agreeable 75 but apparently to critics this is liquid gold and to drake fans the worst album ever conceived since.

its not flawless but its not horrific, its an enjoyable album safe to play and to me its pretty inoffensive

Drake - ICEMAN
60

it’s definitely a 2020s drake album

JPEGMAFIA - babygirl
60

huge fan of peggy and what he does but this doesn’t stick out to me a particularly special song

The Strokes - Going Shopping
50

would be considerably better if there wasn’t such a weird use of auto tune. I understand that the strokes have always experimented with vocals and used heavy auto tune in the past but the instrumental to the song does not fit the auto tune at - works perfectly with instant crush just not this

J. Cole - The Fall-Off
85

how do people hear songs like 39 intro, safety, I love her again, run a train and think “ jcoles boring and his discography is straight 6s”

Freddie Gibbs & Madlib - Piñata
100

this is an album I have put of adding to my aoty because I wasn’t sure my review would do it justice, everything about this album is amazing first of all. it feels alive with the skits at the start and ends of songs and the story telling makes me want to go to indiana and start selling coke with freddie gibbs. that hasn’t even mentioned the disgusting production from my personal favourite producer of all time, beats like from shitsville and the title track have me hooked by its ... read more

Camel - Mirage
80

definitely not the best prog rock I’ve ever heard but still worth the listen - the synths go crazy

Kanye West - BULLY
70

pleasantly surprised by how solid this was, I fully expected it to be a 4 at most, a majority of the album is a solid revival of kanyes old chipmunk soul sound however on this last third it is a bit of a mess sounding clunky and unfinished

Travis Scott - Rodeo
95

for a shamefully long time I used to think that this album was overrated, I wasn’t a fan of it and I don’t know why. this album is amazing from its druggy soundscape to its lyrical depth on songs like apple pie and 90210. some songs just send you to another world with its cinematic psychedelic sounds like impossible. all the songs have electric hooks like 3500 and maria I’m drunk but still provide more substance than just the hook.

as has been said hundreds of times its the ... read more

JPEGMAFIA & Danny Brown - SCARING THE HOES
90

physically impossible to get bored of

Sematary - RAINBOW BRIDGE
70

how do you combine drill and emo with both elements being completely equal

D'Angelo - Voodoo
95

I should’ve listened to this album a long time ago, for some reason I thought it would be some boring pop rnb fusion like what usher does but I could not have been more wrong.

Kendrick Lamar - Overly Dedicated
70

the most agreeable 70 I think I’ve ever heard

85

one of the best trap projects I’ve ever heard

JPEGMAFIA - I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU
85

“I’m so terminally online I gotta check myself” is probably his most honest lyric

Faye Webster - Atlanta Millionaires Club
80

when I heard about this album and saw the genre alt-country I was beyond confused as to what that could sound like, but it turns out to make perfect sense

Baby Keem - Ca$ino
75

I love the massive parental advisory sticker on the cover
