I think everyone can see where I went with the last like 6 albums I reviewed, but yeah, this was definitely a highlight. Love Jack Stauber

It's weird, but that fits perfectly into the context of the game; however, as I have personally never played the game itself, I do not have much context behind most of the themes, therefore degrading my experience. Hopefully, in the future at least, I am able to appreciate this soundtrack a bit more.
It wasn't bad, but I think it was just not what I was expecting when I saw "singer-songwriter." The expectations always get me, but yes it was still somewhat enjoyable.
Can't really deny the fact that this Jangle Pop LP is perfectly representative of a unique and adequate sound for its time.
I personally prefer Portable Audio Science, but this is not bad either. It matched perfectly with my expectations, and never faltered in its delivery.
I mean, it's shoegaze that's done well, but it does have a bit more variety as well, which makes it so good.
