Such a beautiful album from Simz that shows her blooming after the conflict and breakaway from her previous producer and proving that she is still able to make something this good. Young is a bit of a jarring and pretty humorous track that probably would have been more suited as just a single, but otherwise no complaints. Lotus and Free are definitely some of the best songs to come out this year.
Great new album with many wonderful highs but unfortunately a little inconsistent
Lush beats with some very good rapping from Gibbs. Some songs do sound maybe a bit too similar in production but still very enjoyable nevertheless.
Amazing return from Clipse, not always the best choruses in some songs but otherwise near perfect.
Nice sort of "sequel" to Eusexua which is a very enjoyable time. Cheap hotel being one of the singles leading up to the album kinda made me worried but it turned out to be the only one I didn't vibe with too much, as highlights like sushi make it a must-listen.
Really good first impression of this guy, not always the most daring music, but still full of bangers with the amazing high of Timezones that tells his own story of how he came to meet people across the world online and the highs and lows he experienced from his teenage years onwards that tended to involve people he never truly met until much later on.
Lots of fun songs alongside some more introspective ones that is usually pretty great. Love to see Danny Brown surprising us again and again with everything he does :D
Unbelievably sick beat that manages to never grow old and absolutely amazing bars from Pusha T throughout. Quite easily my favourite song of his, even above nosetalgia.
Super good psych pop rock that offers both slower, chiller tracks like Congratulations (song) and the masterpiece Siberian Breaks, to more energetic and fun songs like Brian Eno and Flash Delirium. Such a great ride from start to finish.
