This is my favourite of the two sonder projects, as it has more smooth music, and has overall better performances from brent. My favs are indonesian fantasies, break you off, someone new
This is a decent ep from brent, with some tracks that feel similar to future projects such as fuck the world and some tracks reminiscent of sonder son. My favs are trust, why'z it so hard, and target on my chest
Fuck the world is a decent project from brent, and it has a handful of great tracks here that just slap. whether it's feeling like you own the world, or like the world is messed up, this project is great for both. My favs are skyline, been away, rehab (winter in paris), make it out, clouded
Steve Lacy's gemini rights is a good project that loosely tells a story under the epidermis of chill rnb tracks. It is a good listen, and it has some of my favourite steve lacy tracks. My favs are sunshine, give you the world, helmet, amber, 2gether
From the day this album dropped I have considered it one of my favourite albums of this year so far. D4vd showcases some of his best works throughout the project and he uses an array of cohesive sounds embedded into the album. My favs are atomic land, afterlife, sky, one more dance, feel it, crashing
take care is an album filled with intimate rnb feels as well as a few rapping performances, but his melodic rnb stands out on this record. Take care evokes emotion in a unique way and clearly outlines drake's headspace and thoughts in a way that many can relate to. My favs are marvins room, cameras/good ones go, the real her, headlines, doing it wrong
This is probably my favourite drake album, as it has some of his best tracks on here imo. His rapping and rnb are both on point throughout the project, and I def recommend giving this a listen. This album is his like a mixture of all the great styles that drake can do when he's in his zone. My favs are tuscan leather, from time, own it, pound cake/paris morton music 2, too much, hold on we're going home
following when we were younger, grentperez's sophomore album boasts happy and upbeat tunes as well as mellow tracks that hit hard later at night. i liked a lot of songs here and the album is great. my favs are girl at the station, headspace, falling for a friend, dandelion, yours to keep
probably my rap aoty. saba was going crazy on the beautiful production on every track. the features fit well into the album and saba's flows and lyricism were amazing. my favs are every painting has a price, breakdown, how to impress god, head.rap, a few songs
faye webster's best album imo. sonically it's pleasing to listen to and every song hits. my favs are better distractions, half of me, overslept, cheers, in a good way
with this being the third album in the after hours trilogy, it serves as a great send off to the weeknd. i liked a lot of tracks here and production is consistently stellar. my favs are niagara falls, enjoy the show, take me back to la, wake me up, open hearts
brent's latest album has the most rap features out of his projects. this album is good, and that's about it. it has songs i like, but also a few forgettable ones. i get the criticism that it sounds like wasteland throwaways, and a couple of the so gs are too short like forever yours and best time. this had potential to be better. my favs are best time, upset, forever yours, outside all night
daniel caesar's sophomore album contains some of his best tracks to this day. most tracks have a smooth rnb feel. entropy cyanide lova again is an insanely good three opening tracks. i like frontal lobe muzik and dont get the hate for it tbh. my favs are too deep to turn back, love again, entropy, are you ok
Changed from 75 to 85
After giving myself more time with the album, I realise that case study 01 is an immersive experience. My favs have changed to too deep to turn back, ... read more
the second ep feels like it's lacking the energy of the first one, but it still has grimy paris texas sound. h a l o was the only miss here. paris texas stays true to their sound, and this ep reminds me of mid air in a weird way. it just feels like there weren't many bangers here. my favs are superstar, mudbone, and twin geeker
easily my favourite out of the 2 eps. paris texas has bangers and try some new stuff on here. red eyes and blue hearts was the only miss, but it's good to see they're experimenting all the time. my favs are dogma 25, tantrum, holy spinal fluid
doechii's debut mixtape is a very solid project with great hip hop tracks as well as some rnb in the mix. doechii performs just as well as some of her other tde members and i think she proves her potential on this mixtape. i thought most tracks were great aside from a few. my favs are stanka pooh, bullfrog, denial is a river, catfish, nissan altima
vince staples' dark times is one of the best albums of 2024 through it's strong production coupled with vince staples' great deliveries and flows. the lyrics are also fantastic and i will have to check out more of vince staples' discography. my favs are black&blue, government cheese, shame on the devil, little homies
