One of the best remix packages I’ve heard in a while. Most are polarizing, in both quality and strength of association with the original artist’s sound. This one was very consistent in both cases all the way around. So fun, so rich, so vibey; everyone killed it here!

Consistently great EP that has such rich sound design. It works within proven song structures, but it does so to great effect. It’s unfair to pick a least favorite from these because they’re all such impressive works of art. Au5 ends a year of proving he’s still got it, even after all these years, with a work well representative of that fact.

Very possibly the most creative project ever released on Monstercat. You never know what this album is going to pull, but it’s always fantastic. All the collaborators do well on this thing, but Haywyre really shines on it. The diversity of instruments and melodic traditions from around the world is so inspiring. The same can be said for the theming of the project. A project unlike anything I’ve ever heard, and Haywyre’s magnum opus.
