can't say it was necessarily worth the wait, but I was never a huge fan to begin with so I'm not sure that will affect my opinion.

realistically this album does a lot right and has some fun ideas. Rocky has kind of always been known as an experimenter and it's cool to see him experimenting with the recent internet rap style that has become somewhat popularized by people like jpeg Mafia. Production on this album feels so incredibly lush and more than anything, expensive. it lacks character though. It's like everything about this album works in theory, but in practice it's not all that interesting. This album starts off promising and slowly devolves into a group of uninspiring overdone, modern age "The Dare" rip offs. That statement alone should paint my thoughts of this album considering The Dare was likely inspired by early work of The Hellp. Also Im no big fan of The Dare.
