Other than some questionable vocals on the early tracks, nothing to new but still mostly enjoyable.
The Chemical Brothers album I was least familiar with, their most unique album with a good variation of ideas and one of the more relaxed in their discography.
Never liked this as much as the debut, still a pretty consistent album but has a more accessible and safe sound compared to the debut.
The ambient tracks on this are dead, nothing redeeming about them, so painful to listen to just drab meaningless ambience. This comp is a collection of his eps, Rival Dealer being the standout as its the best thing hes ever released, few good tracks scattered around the other eps but that just sums up buiral recently, bit hit or miss.
Quite disappointed, majority of the tracks sound quite bland and almost like an amateur ripoff of a HANL track. There was potential with the last two tracks being fairly solid and a few moments across the album grabbing my attention, in the end though still a lacklustre album.
Noisy industrial ambient album with a reddit tier depression theme that attracts listeners unfamiliar with electronic music. The album is mediocre and worth checking out but really no different than many releases in this genre.
Solid record, 15 min opener is actually mint 100
so many unneeded tracks on this album, remove weaker tracks would be sick album
dont get how people rate kanye, inconsistent discography and only listenable album is 808s and only due to his production
