Not a bad album from the cure.
Especially for being one of those bands that I associate with being fairly samey this record features some songs that stick out, which is a better effort than others ive heard!
My main gripe is that its very love-song oriented and it doesnt really stray from that archetype too much for the entire album. That and the fact that most songs are still fairly similar means that I probably wont be coming back to this album very much in the future.

Dark but memorable record. Goes very deep into a lot of themes and I reccomend taking your time with this one.
Fleeting, powerful music.
Less space rock and just slightly more mainstream but it's on the edge and i kinda respect it.
It's just slow and gives you time to process between each sound and it feels so perfectly beautifully its own. If i was having a depressive episode right now it would be a 100 im telling you.
Essentially, the same as the first. But a lot more heavy and violent-feeling. The tone getting heavier really shows how anger built up between films and picks off really well from the first.
Everything screams that she is pissed and her only goal is to kill bill, so literally does its job well.
Peak soundtrack. As per everything in this movie it serves its purpose and does so much more. Everything is pointing you at something else, and the soundtrack is pointing EVERYWHERE and making it 10x better.
The depth in this album just compliments the depth in the movie so perfectly and most every song is pretty great. Highly recommend both the movie(s) and soundtrack(s).
Also this introduced me to the 5678s listen to them in particular they have some great music!
