I love you Fred again. Thank you as always
This is just so good
Every song packed with so much character and emotion that i can’t see why anyone wouldn’t like this. It’s also a brilliant album as a whole with each song rolling off each other that the whole thing works as its own song. Just seems like that Tyler can do it all at this point.
Also special attention to GONE, GONE/THANK YOU which is one of my favourite songs ever really. Whenever you see the song that has 2 parts on a Tyler album it’s already gonna ... read more
Really solid album
This album is like the start to Stevie’s monster run going through the 70s which I love but I had never gave this one a try until now and I’ve been missing out. You can tell that Stevie is getting into his prime shit but isn’t there just yet though he definitely would do on the next album released in the same year somehow. 1972 graced with 2 of Stevie’s best works I’m jealous. Very consistent tho and great overall.
I’m at a loss for words
All I think of when I see Quadeca is FIFA content and a diss track on KSI. Really didn’t expect something that would blow me away. Now while KSI is making some of the most basic shit ever, Quadeca making groundbreaking stuff. This album deserves all the praise that it can get and I gotta listen to more of this. Huge evolution from 100 styles of rapping. And that ending was a real ending. Fantastic overall
Stunning album
Whenever I see that an album is released by the Tamla label I know it’s gonna be good. Music with this sorta sound is so far up my alley that it’s mental. It feels like each song is in a competition to try outshine one another and they are all winning at the same time. Though by far my favourite song has to be “Keep getting it on” which is so beautiful and is stuck in my head permanently
Isn’t too bad
Definitely went into this not expecting such a dark and gloomy tone but that’s not an instant bad thing. It was a bit slow for me until “Jackie down the line” where it started to pick up for me and I started to enjoy it a lot more. Still though a bit up and down but the ups were higher than the downs. Also just wanted to specify about “The couple across the way”. Such a haunting but beautiful song, it’s a real experience and will stick ... read more
A lovely surprise
Just a few days after my birthday Tyler dropping and of course it’s gonna be good. Seen a lot of people say that this is his GNX, just a fun dance album very removed from the dark topics of his albums usually and I love that. He should lean into this more on future albums as Tyler does this sorta stuff well
Absolutely amazing album
The production on this is absolutely top notch It’s just so soulful I can’t get enough and Freddie’s rapping over the whole thing is very consistent too, playing well with the hypnotic beats from The alchemist. The features are really good too, I especially liked that Anderson. Paak is on this as he always makes any song better by definition. Great album overall
Favourite of mine that never gets old
To me, this gotta be the best Kendrick album. I love the storyline that the album has going. Got a mix of very soulful beats like on “Poetic justice” and really upbeat hype stuff like on “m.A.A.d city” which has a great feature too. This gotta be one of the strongest albums for features too matching the feel of a prime Kendrick. I will revisit TPAB but for now this is the best Kendrick and one of the best albums ever

Absolutely loved this
Genuinely think that if it keeps on going, “Run,Run,Run” could be on the same level as the various parts to “The Heart” from Kendrick. Got a whole ass beautiful orchestra behind the stunning flows that is made even better by the summer. Looking out at a sunny sky listening to this is an unreal experience. I hope this guy goes far this stuff deserves to be in arenas. Whole arena listening to “Tyler, forever” is a great thought
This album is so beautiful.
For me, my favourite hip hop songs are either ones with soulful beats or proper hyper ones. This album has both but mainly some of the best soulful shit I’ve ever heard. “Run,Run,Run pt. 2” is a notable one for me with the part where the drums coming in making me tear a little it was just that great. My only criticism is that the project is so short. If this thing managed to carry on the brilliance for like an hour. Don’t get me fantasising. ... read more
Summer time so gotta listen to more R&B
Kinda like the latest NxWorries album. This feels like being on some sorta dreamy beach with a hot temperature. Made better with the vocals which I’m happy to see a lot of Syd on here because I’ve always liked her and wanted to see more from her since OF. Just seems like this sort of sound could never go wrong. I hear a lot of the latest Steve Lacy album on this too gives off the same sort of atmosphere
This album is just disgusting.
Coldplay are such a decorated band that have such good albums and songs under their belt. I seriously have no clue how you can downgrade this badly. The few passable songs on here like “humankind” and “higher power” are dragged down by the weight of absolute pop slop. Coldplay used to be pretty good at making these pop hits but it seems that the energy for it has ran out.
I’d also like to dedicate a whole section to the song ... read more
Man I want to like this but I just can’t bring myself to go any higher
The beats on here are really good and Tyler’s rapping is very consistent anyway but was particularly good here. However, there is so much in here that made me turn my head in shock. There are also some absolute stinkers on this album too. Even without the subject matter, “Sarah” just fucking sucks anyway and especially near the latter half songs like “Jack and the beanstalk” genuinely ... read more
Decent little project with some big standouts
I’ve always been a fan of Steve Lacy but never got around to listening to a full album until now and it meets expectations. The one song that absolutely blows me away is “Sunshine”. That song is absolutely amazing and feels like the peak of his work so far. Such beautiful vocals throughout the album but it really shines through on that song in particular too
