It took me a while to get used to Dry Cleaning’s sound throughout a few years & I just can’t see how soft sounding vocals & production can go through an entire project, it’s like how!?

I mean it’s an album made from Montana & obviously this is what you get. But I will say, Max B has some nice bars in the mix.
This album was bloated with a lot of hit & miss tracks.
The songwriting has its moments when it comes to Bryan being emotional with his problems of addiction, grieving from a loss & the bad times right now, but there’s others that he can go off track, especially his delivery here, where some of it is actually weak. Personally in the past, I’ve never been a fan of Laroi’s projects outside of a few tracks, but this one might be his best so far. This one sounds a lot better vocally, which was the main problem I had going through his stuff. Also, the instrumentals are subtle & more soft rock based.
I think the album has got some of his emotion feel here, especially after the break up with her ex Tate McRae. A bunch of these songs were personal & well written for a heartbreak project. ... read more
