I'm not gonna pretend like this is the worst album of all time like other people are saying but god damn the lyrics on this album are awful. I don't know how Eminem fans put up with this shit anymore and pretend like he's the goat even though he's not even a top 25 rapper imo.
Highlights: Fuel(but only JIDS verse Eminem ruins the rest of the song), Temporary(a nice change of pace from the rest of the album), Guilty Conscience 2(again the lyrics are trash but I like the ... read more
Vince is definitely one of the best and most consistent hip hop artists of recent memories with him dropping 6 albums ranging from solid to great in the span of ten years. In my opinion, out of all of those albums, this is the best one.

Definitely my favorite Joey Bada$$ project. This is Joey Bada$$ going for a more pop rap vibe(songs like TEMPTATION and DEVASTATED) while still tacking the same issues about society that he did in 1999
Favorite - LAND OF THE FREE
Least Favorite - N/A, but if I had to choose one it would be the first track
The cover of Hit Me Baby One More Time made me tear up 🥲. Beautiful stuff
I usually don't like long albums but this one hits different.
Feel the same way about this album as I feel about Donda; some amazing songs but the album is too long and bloated. If i'm trying to listen to "classic" 90's hip hop, then I would rather just listen to Illmatic.
Some of the songs on this album hit hard but it is just waaaaaaayy to long for a Kanye album. I would've preferred for this to be somewhere in the 30 minute range.
I will die on the hill that this is a top ten rap album of all time
