Beautiful and melancholic, mysterious and sweet melodies. I really liked this album, it reminded me of Lalleshwari at times both in terms of the sound and the vocals. I'll definitely listen to it more often, great album.
My favorite album of the year so far. To be honest, I had underestimated this album because the singles didn't please me that much, but on the album it sounded really good and I loved it. I liked the guitars in the first songs and as always JPEGMAFIA delivered a very solid album with great production. Sin Miedo is my favorite on the album, I started to appreciate the song before the album was released but not far behind this one, It's dark and hell is hot is amazing too, I had been ... read more
I don't really know what to think, I can say that I liked this album but I expected more.
I listened to this one and it is more than approved. Even though I'm not a great listener, I admire the lyrical capacity that Bossa Nova provides through simple and effective arrangements. This is certainly the best Bossa Nova album I've ever heard, her voice is beautiful and the lyrics even more so, but I would like it more if the piano was used more often and there wasn't so much alternation of jazz instruments. But I highly recommend this album and I will listen whenever I ... read more
OH MY.
This is so stunning and beautiful, it feels like magic. I love the vocal techniques she uses and the light use of electronics. Great album.
Complexly a masterpiece. This is the first album of traditional African music that I have listened to and it continues to surprise me, the use of everything here is uniquely magical and powerful. What I like most about this album is the atmospheric percussion which, when combined with the vocals, often in chorus, gives the album a spiritual tone. And in addition to all this praise, the album gets extra points for being curiously sexy.
A bit overrated and I don't know if this really is metal but it has its interesting moments.
My first Metal album and it was a great experience. I was already curious to explore other musical genres and a friend's advertisement for this album fit like a glove. The use of guitars here is bizarrely technical and something very surprising to me is the use of two guitars simultaneously that I had never noticed on other rock albums in general. I liked it a lot but maybe I'll like it more when I have more affinity with the genre.
Um álbum incrível com melodias frenéticas e performances vocais extravagantes, um álbum muito subestimado que merece muito uma ouvida.
bom pra krlh só não vou avaliar pq preciso reescutar para ter certeza
Faye Wong's most underrated album, very interesting and with a very light dream pop.
