Slowly going through the PinkPantheress discography. This was where it all started, where I became a fan. An old friend of mine showed me "Just for me" way back in 2021 and that song along with "Pain" were earworms for me. Though regrettably I haven't checked out much more of her music until last year. Despite this being her first fleshed-out project and the other two showing significant growth in her writing and production, I like this one the best. It's short, ... read more
I found Lemon Demon from some friends on Discord. I heard some songs off this album and thought I would like it more. Don't get me wrong, there are some songs that were made pretty well, like "Starside" and ... read more
I loved Word of Mouth as a kid, and now I am listening to the album as an adult. This was definitely a very experimental album for John. It's all over the place, yet has a distinct enough sound. It's hard to explain. The production was definitely a new angle, which served very well at times but failed in others. For example, I absolutely loved "Focus" and "Miserable Exaggeration", but the banjo folk rap he was attempting in "Make Money Money" was just not ... read more
