It's February 7th 2026, around 4 o'clock in the morning. I'm a dumb 17 year old with issues laying down in bed with my phone in my hand, scrolling through my liked videos on youtube from years ago, just trying to elicit some kind of an emotional reaction out of myself, because I was experiencing an ever so crushing sense of emptiness and emotional withdrawal. I even managed to dig up a video from an old little discord server I was part of in 2020. Got to hear the voice of 12 year ... read more
I didn't think it was possible to make a 22 minute album this boring
I fw the cover tho
madlib > alchemist and this album only solidifies it further
alfredo is only four song shorter than it's sequel and yet it feels like it did more with less
this record is a little less consistent than the first one but has some really amazing highlights
also ensalada is the best freddie x alchemist song and it's not really close
I don't get people calling this a "guilty pleasure" or whatever
so what if they rap about sydney sweeney lebron and halo
hyperyouth is an extremely fun and well produced record made with a lot of visible passion for music
joey valence top 5 white people btw
not nearly as good as I expected
there are some really fun songs on this record tho
also love the features
fakemink but slightly worse
although I am pretty interested in what he might have in store for the future
this is my second lana record and even though I like this one more than born to die I'm starting to get the feeling that maybe she's just not for me
most songs off of ultraviolence fail to keep me interested through the albums runtime especially when the production and singing while not entirely monotone can feel samey at times
shades of cool is a dope song tho
great ep but the vocals fall short at certain points
hardly ever smile is an amazing song and by far this project's biggest highlight
